We’re looking for an experienced ML Architect from Hyderabad / Pune who can help customers build, scale, and productionize modern Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Build and scale customer Data Science & ML workloads and apply best-in-class MLOps practices to productionize solutions across multiple domains.
- Design and develop LLM-powered solutions, including:

RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge repositories

Natural-language querying of structured data

AI-powered content generation

- Advise data science and engineering teams on ML architecture, tooling, frameworks, and best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship and contribute to the broader ML/AI Subject Matter Expert community.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable ML/AI solutions.

? What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of hands-on industry experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong experience with tools and frameworks such as Python, Pandas, MLflow, Scikit-learn, Gensim, NLTK, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Experience building production-grade ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including model monitoring and drift detection.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary NLP and Generative AI, including:

Vector databases





LLM fine-tuning

Hugging Face

LangChain

OpenAI

RAG architectures

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and teach complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering measurable business value through ML.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Spark™ and large-scale distributed data processing.
- Experience with Databricks.
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience, particularly in pre-sales or post-sales consulting roles.
- Ability to complete role-specific technical training and demonstrate expected outcomes within the first 3 months.
