Job Title: MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily operational reporting, prepare performance dashboards, analyze business data, and support management with accurate and timely MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in

Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Call Center/Dialler Reporting.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Create operational dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Extract, clean, format, and validate raw data for accurate reporting.
- Track team and agent-level performance metrics.
- Monitor daily operational performance and identify performance gaps.
- Prepare and share timely reports with management.
- Monitor dialler reports and analyze call center performance.
- Track parameters such as call attempts, connected calls, talk time, AHT, productivity, and

conversions.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data consistency.
- Coordinate with Operations and other departments for data requirements.




- Provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Handle ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.

Dialler Experience -Preferred

Experience with Smartflo, Tata Teleservices, or similar dialler systems will be an added advantage.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of:

- Conversion/Performance Metrics
- Daily Dialler Reports

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or BPO MIS.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Positive time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Operations teams.
- Prior experience in a BPO, Call Center, or D2C environment will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹11,151.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
