We are looking for an MIS Executive who is highly proficient in MS Excel and capable of preparing, maintaining and analysing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. The candidate should have good analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyse data using MS Excel.
- Prepare various management reports, dashboards and summaries.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Filters and Charts.
- Consolidate data from different departments and prepare meaningful reports.
- Track and monitor various operational data and performance indicators.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Maintain proper records and databases.
- Support management with data analysis and reporting whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong command of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Excel formulas and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large datasets and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with strong Excel/MIS skills will be preferred.
- Prior experience in MIS, reporting, data management or back-office operations will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is Excel-savvy, analytical, accurate and comfortable working with data and reports.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
