Job Title: MIS Executive Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary: up to ₹25K Experience: Minimum 1 Year Job Overview We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage daily data, reports, and MIS activities for hospital operations. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of MS Excel , strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate reports on time.

Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect and consolidate data from different hospital departments. Maintain daily trackers and databases accurately. Update and maintain Excel sheets and operational records.

Prepare department-wise and location-wise performance reports. Verify data and identify discrepancies or missing information. Coordinate with different departments to collect required data. Prepare reports for management review.





Maintain proper documentation and records. Handle data entry and ensure timely updates. Support the team with ad-hoc reports and data requirements.

Educational

QualificationGraduate in any discipline. B.Com / BBA / BCA will be preferred.

Required Skills MS Excel | MIS Reporting | Data Entry | Data Management | Pivot Tables | VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP | Basic Excel Formulas | Reporting | Data Accuracy | Communication & Coordination Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, data entry, reporting, or a similar role. Good typing speed and computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with deadlines. Hospital/healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
