Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Mohali – Phase 8B, Sector 74 – Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: US Shift ( 5.5 Days Working)

Interview Mode: F2F Only

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

· Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from different departments.

· Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.

· Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.

· Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other Excel functions.

· Support report automation using Macros, Power Query, or Power BI.

· Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

· Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with relevant teams.

· Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.

· Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.

· Support the MIS Manager in data analysis and process improvement.

· Graduate in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or related field.

· 6 months – 1 year of experience in MIS , reporting or data management.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.





· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements:

· Graduate in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or related field.

· Fresher– 1 year of experience in MIS , reporting or data management.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.60 - ₹25,000.93 per month
