JOB SUMMARY Plumbing Solutions is looking for a PROACTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE MIS EXECUTIVE who can manage company systems, MIS reporting, sales follow-up, and coordination with the Maharashtra sales team. The MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT for this role is EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP, COMMUNICATION, AND GOOGLE SHEETS SKILLS.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, taking regular follow-up with the sales team, coordinating with different departments, and providing DAILY UPDATES TO THE MD.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop, maintain, and improve company systems using GOOGLE SHEETS.

• Prepare MIS REPORTS and submit DAILY UPDATES TO THE MD.

• Take regular FOLLOW-UP WITH THE MAHARASHTRA SALES TEAM to increase sales and achieve targets.

- Monitor sales team performance and identify gaps, pending work, and areas requiring improvement.
- Coordinate with APL APOLLO and report market feedback regarding PRICING, QUALITY, PRODUCT RANGE, COMPETITOR COMPARISON, AND SALES HURDLES.

• Collect market feedback from the sales team and ensure it is properly communicated to APL Apollo.

- Follow up with internal teams regarding DISPATCH, ACCOUNTS, STOCK, AND STOCK RECONCILIATION.

• Monitor overall MAHARASHTRA SALES PERFORMANCE and provide regular updates to management.

- Coordinate between sales, accounts, dispatch, stock, and management for smooth execution.
- Identify problems, find the reason, take follow-up with the concerned person, and ensure CORRECTIVE ACTION IS COMPLETED.

• Identify gaps in existing systems and SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS.

• Maintain proper records, trackers, and reports on Google Sheets.

- Escalate important delays,



sales issues, stock issues, or unresolved matters to the MD.

- Maharashtra sales performance • Sales team follow-up • Pending sales activities • Dispatch status • Stock position • Stock reconciliation • Accounts-related pending issues • Market feedback • APL Apollo coordination • Pricing and competitor updates • Important sales hurdles • Corrective actions taken • Issues requiring MD's attention ? MAIN OBJECTIVE ENSURE SMOOTH MAHARASHTRA SALES OPERATIONS THROUGH:

STRONG FOLLOW-UP + ACCURATE MIS REPORTING + SALES TEAM COORDINATION + MARKET FEEDBACK + STOCK & DISPATCH MONITORING + CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT The MIS Executive will be responsible for making sure that SALES, SYSTEMS, FOLLOW-UP, AND COORDINATION WORK PROPERLY AND THAT ALL IMPORTANT UPDATES REACH THE MD ON A DAILY BASIS.
