Anzo Controls is a robotics and industrial automation company focused on developing innovative automation solutions for modern manufacturing. We are looking for a skilled M1TR / Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team and support the production of precision components used in automation and robotic systems.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate M1TR / conventional milling machines for machining various components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform milling, drilling, slotting, facing, tapping, and other machining operations.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and work-holding methods.
- Set up jobs and securely clamp workpieces before machining.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per drawings.
- Perform in-process inspection and ensure components meet quality requirements.
- Identify and correct basic machining issues during production.
- Maintain proper machine settings and ensure machines are operated safely.
- Maintain cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments in positive working condition.
- Keep the work area clean and follow 5S, safety,



and workplace standards.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Quality teams when required.
- Support prototype development and low-volume production of automation components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Machining, Mechanical, Tool & Die, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating M1TR / conventional milling machines.
- Good knowledge of milling operations and machining practices.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
- Experience working with MS, EN-series steels, aluminium, and other engineering materials.
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs according to production requirements.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in robotics, automation, machine building, or precision engineering.
- Experience machining brackets, plates, shafts, fixtures, jigs, and machine components.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining will be an added advantage.
- Experience with prototype and customized components will be preferred.
