: Team Lead

This role covers aspects of software development, software implementation, system integration, Project Management, reporting & support. The role of a Team Lead is to assist in the development of software solutions & support and manage a team of developers. The development of these solutions includes research, design, architect, document and development of new applications.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering, and/or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Certifications are preferred.

Knowledge & Experience
Project Management skills
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, Requirement analysis
Should manage client expectations by delivering projects within defined project scope, time and budget with high level of quality.
Monitor and evaluate timeline checklists for projects.
Responsible for managing the project throughout its lifecycle.
Ability to balance multiple complex and critical tasks, Evaluate risk analysis from all aspects. Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with development team members, clients and team leads.




Coordinate with other departments as and when required.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Experience working with enterprise applications.
Hands on experience working in integrated development settings.
Conduct research on emerging application development software products, technologies, languages, and standards in support of development efforts.

Skills
Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, Entity Framework, REST API, ASP.NET, MVC, .Net Core, Angular, Bootstrap, SQL Server, Azure Cloud
