What we are looking for:-
You will get to work on some exciting transformation initiatives of an organisation and help drive change and optimisation.
You will work on various streams of work which include: Operations Transformation; Reporting Transformation; Customer Experience Transformation; Service Delivery Transformation.
You will be responsible to track and report and do a perks analysis on each of the projects
You will be responsible to communicate with the key stakeholders, create slides to convince the board and management around change.
You will nee to drive the change across various departments.
You will get to touch the heart of the business processes that drive a company and help influence the change.
