Requirements
Minimum three years of international recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for Europe and GCC markets.
Knowledge of compensation, visa rules, and labor norms in these regions.
Ability to meet monthly onboarding targets.
Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
Good communication skills and strong coordination ability.
Experience using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter.
