HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Salesforce Associate Project Manager / Project Manager to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.
Salesforce Associate Project manager / Project Manager will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, NPSP cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
Candidate must have Salesforce Admin Certification and have experience as Senior Salesforce Administrator for global clients.

Requirements
Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
Positive knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, agile page layouts, custom labels, and building reports.
Experience in data migration & integration using Data Loader.
Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.
Valuable experience in addressing problems, investigating causes and implementing successful resolutions.
Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
