Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Technical Leads – Java to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications within the Medical/Health Insurance domain. This role requires strong hands-on Java expertise, technical leadership, and a solid understanding of insurance workflows. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Lead end-to-end Java application development across the SDLC
Define technical architecture and design solutions
Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
Resolve complex technical and production issues

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and guide development teams
Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Support team skill development and technical growth

Domain Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders on medical insurance processes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions




Support UAT, enhancements, and change requests

Delivery & Quality:
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Coordinate with QA teams for high-quality releases
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and commitments

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
Experience with Struts framework
Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications
Solid understanding of application architecture and design patterns
Proven technical leadership and team management experience
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Domain Expertise:
4–6 years of experience in Medical / Health Insurance domain
Understanding of insurance workflows such as:
Policy Management
Claims Processing
Member Management

Valuable to Have:
Exposure to microservices, modern frameworks, or cloud environments
Experience in regulated domains (insurance/healthcare)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Soft Skills:
Solid communication and stakeholder management
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
High ownership and accountability
