Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow development.
Manage workflows, integrations, scripting, and platform customizations.
Lead a team of developers and support team members.
Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Support deployment activities and production releases.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
