Role Description The Meta Ads Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network). Day-to-day tasks include setting up and managing ad campaigns, conducting audience research, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve defined KPIs. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand positioning, while maintaining consistent messaging and visual standards.

Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, perform A/B testing, stay current with platform updates and best practices, and contribute to overall digital strategy to drive revenue and brand growth.

Qualifications

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience of at least 2 years with a D2C brand is preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, especially social media advertising for consumer or personal care brands, is A MUST.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies are highly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
