? Meta Ads Specialist

Strong experience running and scaling conversion-focused campaigns while maintaining Meta policy compliance.

? Google Ads & Native Ads Specialist

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and native advertising platforms such as NewsBreak, Taboola or Outbrain. Must understand tracking, testing and campaign optimization.

? Performance Video Editor

Experience creating high-converting UGC, native and direct-response video ads. Must understand hooks, retention, captions, safe areas and different aspect ratios.

We’re looking for people who:

✅ Understand US-market advertising





✅ Can work independently and meet deadlines

✅ Focus on conversions—not just attractive creatives

✅ Can provide previous results or a robust portfolio
