:

- Plan, supervise, and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works at project sites.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and design teams for smooth MEPF integration.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules for MEPF activities.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEPF materials, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients for execution and approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise installation, testing,



commissioning, and handover of MEPF systems.
- Ensure adherence to Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and site safety regulations.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to avoid project delays.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of BOQs, material consumption, work progress, and project documentation. 15. Prepare and update as-built drawings and project closeout documents.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budget variations related to MEPF works.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
