Role Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising MEP project execution at site, ensuring work is completed on time, as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day MEP site execution across Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV.
- Review drawings, BOQs, layouts, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.




- Monitor project progress, material availability, quality, and site activities.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of MEP systems and drawings.
- Site execution and project coordination experience.
- Vendor/contractor and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP project execution/site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or system integration projects preferred.
