Key Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate MEP activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and allied services.

- Coordinate between design teams, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings.
- Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and clash-free MEP design.
- Coordinate and resolve design, technical and site-related issues.
- Monitor site execution, quality, progress and technical compliance.
- Manage design changes, technical queries, approvals and submissions.
- Guide and coordinate MEP engineers, draftsmen and junior team members.
- Conduct design/site coordination meetings and monitor action points.




- Ensure projects are delivered as per design requirements, project timelines, applicable standards and client expectations.

Candidate Profile:✔️ 5+ years of experience in MEP Design & Project Coordination

✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

✔️ Experience in both office/design coordination and site coordination

✔️ Ability to independently manage MEP coordination and team activities
