– Technical Mentor Position: Technical Mentor Specializations: MERN Stack | Data Analytics | AWS/DevOps | Generative AI Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Indore/Bhopal Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and technically strong Technical Mentor to guide learners across MERN Stack, Data Analytics, AWS/DevOps, and Generative AI programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor learners through hands-on projects and industry-oriented assignments.

Key Responsibilities Mentor and guide students throughout their technical learning journey. Conduct doubt-solving sessions, practical exercises, assignments, and project discussions. Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner.

Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback. Identify knowledge gaps and provide personalized guidance. Support students in building industry-relevant projects and portfolios. Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and coding/problem-solving sessions.

Assist learners with debugging, troubleshooting, and project implementation. Maintain learner performance, attendance, and progress records. Coordinate with trainers and the academic/learning team to ensure effective delivery.

Keep learners updated with current industry practices, tools, and technologies. Motivate learners and maintain an engaging, professional learning environment.

Technical Expertise MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs and API integration Git & GitHub Frontend and backend development Database concepts and deployment Data Analytics:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant industry, training, mentoring, or development experience. Candidates with strong project experience and practical expertise will also be considered.

Preferred Profile: Candidates who have experience in technical training, bootcamps, EdTech, mentoring, software development, cloud projects, data analytics, DevOps, or AI/GenAI projects will be preferred.
