Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Member will support daily operational activities related to mortgage solutions, such as gathering and reviewing loan documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Responsibilities may include assisting with data entry, basic analysis,



and reporting to help ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of client deliverables. The role involves collaborating with colleagues across different functions, following standardized processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Member is expected to uphold company policies and industry regulations while providing reliable support to team leaders and project managers.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with data, documentation, and standardized processes to support mortgage-related operations.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and basic analytical thinking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions clearly.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and learning new technology platforms and internal systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Educational background in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or back-office operations is an advantage.
