Responsibilities -
Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into opportunities.
Explain company products/services clearly and address client queries effectively.
Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and relationship building.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and query resolution.
Maintain call records, lead status, and updates in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.




Ensure qualified and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in telecalling, or client coordination roles.
Graduation
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email handling).
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
