Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Representative to connect with potential clients in the Canada market. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Canada
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Generate leads and schedule meetings
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain call records in CRM/software
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Handle customer queries and objections effectively

Requirements:
Positive English communication skills
Explicit and confident speaking voice
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / sales (preferred)
Comfortable working in Canada time zone
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
Target-oriented mindset
