Give training to trainees

Team handling
Understand the requirements of the project
Draw a project outline in terms of time, technology and work required to be done.
Study references, styling, research and storyboard a rough sketch of the project
Handle the design and execution of the project independently or with a team whenever required
Learn current technologies, software and methods as value addition and be ready to try current stuff to achieve better results.
