Kalyam Pharma is expanding its field sales team and is looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented and career-focused candidates for the position of Medical Representative (MR).

Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Sasaram, Sitamarhi, Begusarai & Gaya

Compensation & Benefits

- Basic Salary: ₹6,000 per month
- TA/DA: ₹3 per KM for eligible field travel

Key Responsibilities
- Regular visits to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals
- Promote and communicate company products effectively
- Develop relationships with doctors, retailers and distributors
- Generate sales and achieve assigned territory targets




- Conduct regular market visits and follow up on orders
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate candidates preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust sales and convincing ability
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Candidates with local market knowledge will be given preference
