Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Media Planning Analyst, to play a vital role in crafting impactful communications plans that achieve our clients' business objectives. You will be a key contributor in producing and interpreting critical media across multiple channels across traditional and digital platforms, consumer, and market intelligence to inform our clients' connections plans. With a deep passion for brands, media,



and innovative ideas, you will be the team's go-to expert on the latest news and developments in the media landscape.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update media planning documentation, including flowcharts, budget trackers, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy of data entry and taxonomy coding.
- Prepare internal plan updates, summaries, and documentation to support team alignment and decision-making.
- Pull and compile (using syndicated and proprietary research) category trends, audience consumption insights, partner data, and competitive activity to inform plan development and client deliverables.
- Assist US Team with the creation of plan presentations, rationales, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the development of paid media campaigns across different channels including TV, Radio, OOH, Print & Digital by synthesizing client briefs, audience insights, competitive intelligence, category trends, and research findings. Apply proprietary and third-party planning tools to generate insights and support data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in billing and reconciliation processes as needed
- Participate in internal meetings and client presentations as needed, providing notes, data support, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support campaign planning

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- A full-time graduate degree





- 3-6 years of media planning or buying experience and an understanding of planning principles and media math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure responses and present ideas logically.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of media planning and buying processes.
- Working knowledge of basic digital media metrics, including impressions, GRPs, CPM, CPP, click-through rate (CTR), viewability, and video completion rate (VCR).
- High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage accurate documentation and data.
- Proactive mindset with a robust eagerness to learn and develop media planning expertise.
- Familiarity with traditional media channels (OOH, Radio, TV) and cross-channel integration with digital media (Programmatic, Social, Video, Direct).

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to respond effectively to scenario-based situations, troubleshoot media-related issues, and propose proactive solutions.
- Familiarity with industry media and research tools such as Mediatools, Nielsen, Simmons/MRI, MediaRadar, Comscore, and Prisma as well as having foundational awareness of how agency house/proprietary tools and systems work e.g. Omni and the consoles within.
- Experience to managing billing processes, including invoice tracking and reconciliation.
- Experience assisting with reporting and tracking campaign delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines within a cross functional team.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Analytics, Ops, Billing)
- Have a passion to learn and understand the U.S. media market.
