Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in E-commerce &

- Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching top-performing network offers, spying on competitors, building high-converting landing pages/funnels, generating AI video ads, and running profitable campaigns across Meta and Native networks while maintaining target ROI and aggressively scaling winners.

Responsibilities

- Offer Research &
- Competitor Analysis: Research and source high-converting e-commerce offers from affiliate networks; spy on competitors to identify market trends and winning angles.
- Funnel &
- Landing Page Building: Design, build, and optimize high-converting pre-sell pages, advertorials, and sales funnels tailored for direct-response e-commerce offers.
- AI Creative Generation: Create engaging video ads, images, and ad copy using modern AI creative tools (such as Arcads,



HeyGen, Creatify, etc.) and UGC concepts.
- Campaign Launch &
- Management: Launch, manage, and optimize daily paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Native Ad Platforms (NewsBreak, Taboola, etc.).
- ROI Optimization &
- Scaling: Continuously test current ad angles and offers daily; rapidly identify winning creatives/angles and scale them while maintaining strong overall ROI/ROAS.
- Data Tracking &
- Reporting: Monitor daily ad spend, CVR, CPA, and revenue metrics to make data-backed optimizations and prevent ad fatigue.

Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a strong background in E-commerce &
- Affiliate Marketing.
- Ad Networks Expertise: Solid expertise in managing and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads and Native Ad platforms (NewsBreak, Taboola, or similar).
- Direct Response Copywriting &
- Funnels: Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing principles, advertorial funnel creation, and landing page optimization.
- AI &
- Creative Tools: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for video ad creation, ad copy generation, and visual asset production.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills to monitor daily campaign performance, troubleshoot low ROI, and execute aggressive horizontal/vertical scaling strategies.
