Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Godhi Village, near Mandir Hasaud, Raipur (In office)

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for a mechanical maintenance engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and smooth functioning of all production and utility equipment used in backsheet and encapsulant manufacturing.

The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
- Troubleshoot issues in extrusion lines, coating machines, and lamination units
- Handle utility equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
- Work on electrical panels and basic PLC systems
- Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment efficiency
- Carry out modification and improvement activities in machines
- Maintain proper maintenance records, logs, and reports
- Coordinate with production team for smooth operations





Technical Requirements

- Knowledge of extrusion and lamination process
- Understanding of PLC systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and panel handling
- Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Experience in handling HEMM equipment (Forklift, Hydra Crane)

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Polymer / Plastic / Film Manufacturing
- Solar materials (Backsheet, EVA, POE)
- Flexible Packaging Industry
