Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a proven track record in designing user-friendly web applications, mobile applications, and interactive reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client functional requirements and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs. Proficiency in Figma for developing interactive prototypes and designs is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand functional requirements for web and mobile applications.
Design and develop high-quality user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using Figma to visually communicate design concepts.
Ensure the design is user-centered, focusing on ease of use and enhancing the overall user journey.
Design user-friendly dashboards and reports that present complex data in an intuitive and visually appealing manner.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually improve design outputs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, particularly in web, mobile, and reporting interfaces.




Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the designs and resolve any design-related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web platforms.
Experience in designing reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on data visualisation.
Ability to understand and translate client functional requirements into visually compelling designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating polished, user-friendly designs.
