About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
Translate user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
Design user flows, interaction models, and visual elements that enhance usability and delight.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive across devices.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide design assets/documentation.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.




Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UX/UI.

Requirements

Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
