About the Role

At Rubiscape, we believe that true data democratization begins with world-class user experience. We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design the next generation of our low-code/no-code visual workspaces, making predictive data analytics and machine learning modeling accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities
Create elegant user journeys, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and intuitive UI layouts for Rubiscape’s web interfaces and design systems.
Translate complex technical data lifecycles—such as ETL pipeline tracking, IoT stream monitoring, and neural network configurations—into clean, scannable visual workflows.
Conduct user research and usability testing with both business analysts and advanced data scientists to eliminate UI friction points.

Requirements
3–6 years of UI/UX design experience, with a compelling portfolio showcasing complex B2B enterprise software, dashboard layouts, or developer tools.
Advanced mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary design system practices.
