HireEazy is a full-service RaaS (Recruitment as a Service company), providing clients on-demand contingency and retained recruiting services for IT and non IT industries across North America.

Only looking for candidates currently based in Bangalore or willing to attend in-person interviews in our Bangalore office.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome. On the Job Training Provided.

Roles and responsibilities:

Designation
US IT Recruiter - 10 Openings
Partnering with client hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Sourcing and Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate client assessments.
Experienced on working with contract and full time jobs.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.




Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and advantages during screening process.
Staying current on the clients organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Skills required :-

Excellent communication skills.

Experience/Knowledge in Linkedin preferred.

Any Bachelor's or Master's degree holder would be preferred.

Basic knowledge of Word/Excel/Office.

Willing to work in EST/CST or PST shifts.

Night shift allowance is provided.

Snacks will be provided.
