We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Editor to join the Mars by Positive Health Company team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand narrative through high-impact, visually engaging video content. Your work will directly influence how our health-conscious audience connects with our products and mission across digital platforms.

You’ll transform raw footage into compelling stories that reflect our brand values, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives. This is a creative, fast-paced role requiring a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, social media, digital ads, product launches, and website experiences
Convert raw footage into polished, on-brand videos that tell powerful stories with clarity and impact
Integrate motion graphics, dynamic text overlays, seamless transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
Perform color correction, color grading, and audio optimization to ensure professional-grade output
Partner closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align video content with campaign goals and brand standards




Optimize videos for diverse platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Reels, YouTube Shorts, and web channels
Ensure all deliverables comply with Mars brand guidelines and Good Health Company’s core values
Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and project workflow for productive collaboration and reuse

Requirements

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing work in lifestyle, health, or FMCG industries
Expertise in Capcut Desktop, AI-powered image and video generation tools, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
Strong grasp of visual storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and aesthetic consistency
Up-to-date knowledge of social media video trends and platform-specific technical requirements
Ability to interpret creative direction and incorporate feedback constructively and efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
