Job Title: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements.
Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
Automate reporting processes using Excel and other tools.
Coordinate with different departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
Identify trends and provide insights for business improvement.
Create and manage databases and ensure data integrity.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Support management in strategic planning through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
