Role Description The Mathematics and English Educator will deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring clear understanding of core concepts and exam-focused skills in both subjects. This part-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves planning lessons, preparing instructional materials, and conducting classroom sessions aligned with the center’s curriculum and standards. The educator will monitor student progress, provide individual support, and use assessments to adapt teaching strategies for different learning needs.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a positive classroom environment, collaborating with other educators,



and communicating regularly with learners and guardians about academic performance. The role may also involve supporting test preparation sessions and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching resources and methods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience instructing Mathematics and English at school or coaching-center level.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, goal-oriented sessions and exam preparation modules.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, enabling interaction with learners, families, and colleagues.
- Solid subject-matter knowledge in Mathematics and English, with the ability to explain concepts in easy, learner-friendly ways.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience preparing students for board exams and competitive entrance tests (e.g., JEE/NEET and Olympiads) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use basic educational technology tools, and adapt methods for different learning styles.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching, ethical conduct, and continuous professional development.
