Summary: Robotex India is looking for experienced Master Trainers to lead the delivery of a large-scale AI and digital-skills programme, aligned with Microsoft, for government-school teachers and education officials such as DIET/SCERT faculty, BEOs, DEOs, and RPs.

The Master Trainer will lead a team of AI Teacher Trainers, conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, and directly train SCERT/DIET faculty and education officials. They will also be responsible for maintaining training quality, ensuring completion of learning programmes, and keeping training data accurate across their assigned cluster.

This is a senior training and facilitation role that requires robust leadership and hands-on training experience. It is not a desk-based programme management role. This is a field-intensive role. Candidates must be willing to travel to DIETs, government schools, district headquarters, blocks and designated training centres within their assigned geography. Local candidates with knowledge of the district/state education ecosystem are preferred.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's)

1. Deliver programme Training of Trainers (ToT) and periodic refresher training to Trainers and certify them as deployment-ready as per programme standards.
2. Observe live training sessions across the cluster and provide structured feedback, coaching, and maintain trainer performance records.
3. Standardise session plans, demonstrations, and training materials while ensuring alignment with the Microsoft-aligned curriculum.
4. Directly conduct training sessions for SCERT/DIET faculty, education officials (BEO/DEO/RP), headmasters, and flagship teacher cohorts.
5. Demonstrate best-practice,



hands-on facilitation of AI and Microsoft tools for classroom use, including responsible and safe use of AI.
6. Guide the cluster in completing the Explorer journey and progressing through the Pathfinder pathway at the school level.
7. Plan district/block training calendars in coordination with the State Programme Lead, DIET Principals, and BEO/DEO offices.
8. Allocate Trainers across training requirements and manage the reserve Trainer pool.
9. Represent the programme in state and district review meetings and coordinate with Microsoft programme contacts.
10. Consolidate and validate weekly cluster reports, ensuring 100% batch reporting within 24 hours with accurate evidence, including attendance, photographs, assessments, and pathway progress.
11. Resolve field-level escalations related to venues, connectivity, participant turnout, and changes in government schedules.
12. Complete programme ToT, required Microsoft certifications, and refresher training, while staying updated on developments in AI in education.

Preferred Skills & Experience

1. Joining: Immediate Basis
2. 5+ years in teaching, EdTech, or professional training.
3. 2+ years training trainers or leading teams.
4. Experience training large groups and senior officials.
5. Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI and Microsoft 365.
6. Government education programme experience preferred.
7. Strong planning, coaching, reporting, and data skills.
8. Willingness to travel extensively.
9. MIE/MIE Expert or Microsoft education experience preferred.
10. NISHTHA/DIKSHA, ToT, EdTech, STEM/robotics experience preferred.
11. Prior Master Trainer/Lead Trainer experience preferred.
12. Strong English + Hindi/regional language communication skills.
