Role: Marketing Trainee

Trainee Period: 6 Months

What You’ll Do

- Help build and grow brands from scratch
- Work on branding, positioning and marketing campaigns
- Manage and create content for social media
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
- Work with basic marketing automation & AI tools
- Coordinate with designers, creators, influencers and partners
- Participate in field marketing, events, partnerships and outreach
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Work simultaneously across multiple brands and industries

Who We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of marketing & branding fundamentals
- Creative and willing to experiment
- Basic knowledge of automation, AI and digital marketing tools




- Comfortable with social media and content creation
- Must be comfortable doing field work with the team
- Good communication and execution skills
- Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Must have a personal laptop
- Must be available to work from/around Patia, Bhubaneswar

CompensationFirst 6 Months – Trainee Period: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

After Successful Completion:

₹30,000- 40,000/month
