Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Hosur.

The Marketing

Manager will design and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand and support business growth. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing promotional activities, developing marketing content and collateral, coordinating with sales and product teams, and overseeing digital and offline marketing channels. The role involves analyzing market trends and campaign performance, managing budgets and timelines, and preparing regular reports on marketing outcomes.

Manager will also build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies, ensuring consistent and effective communication of the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic and operational marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and market analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (such as social media, email, and search) and familiarity with performance tracking tools.
- Ability to create and manage marketing content and materials, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with sales and product teams.
- Proficiency in project management, including budget handling, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, take initiative, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in a marketing management or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the technology industry and local market dynamics in and around Hosur is an advantage.
