Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and manage digital, offline, event, and content marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Branding

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage overall brand positioning and ensure consistency across digital and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, media, and marketing agencies.
- Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.

2. Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
- Coordinate Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Explore new lead-generation channels, partnerships, and collaborations.

3. Marketing Collaterals
- Take ownership of all marketing collaterals and ensure they are updated and readily available.
- Coordinate brochures, company profiles, presentations, project profiles, flyers, standees, videos, social media creatives, and other brand materials.
- Ensure all collaterals follow approved brand guidelines and are shared with Sales/BD teams on time.

4. Website & SEO
- Manage and coordinate the company's website with external agencies.
- Ensure website content, project pages, images, portfolios, and information are updated.
- Coordinate website improvements, landing pages, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage and monitor SEO activities, keyword strategy, rankings, organic traffic, and SEO-generated leads.

5. Events & Exhibitions
- Plan and manage CREDAI, expos, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Coordinate event branding, stalls, collaterals, giveaways, presentations, videos, and vendors.




- Manage pre-event, event-day, and post-event marketing activities.
- Track leads and ROI generated through events.

6. Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing, creative, digital, SEO, website, PR, production, and event agencies.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, influencers, and other vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing requirements.

7. Social Media & Content
- Coordinate Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media activities.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate reels, project photography, testimonials, walkthrough videos, and brand films.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's premium positioning.

8. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
- Maintain marketing and campaign trackers.
- Monitor marketing budgets and spends.
- Prepare MIS covering leads, campaigns, website, SEO, social media, events, and ROI.
- Present marketing performance and plans to senior management.

Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Robust experience in a marketing, advertising, or branding agency preferred.
- Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, real estate, lifestyle, or premium brands is an advantage.
- Strong experience managing agencies, vendors, websites, SEO, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
- Solid ownership, execution, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating directly with senior management.
- Willing to travel for events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
