About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within IT Staffing, Technology Consulting, IT Services, or a related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving lead generation, strengthening brand visibility, and working closely with the Sales team to create a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing and lead generation campaigns across relevant channels.
- Drive brand awareness, positioning, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, social media, email marketing, paid campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Develop engaging content including website content, blogs, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, conferences, and other brand-building initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads.
- Develop lead-nurturing strategies and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and measure marketing ROI and lead quality.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners as required.




- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, competitor activity, technology, and emerging digital channels.

Requirements
- 58 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience in IT Staffing, Technology Consulting, IT Services, SaaS, or a related B2B technology environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and lead generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Experience working with marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Robust understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead funnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Business Development, and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
