PointsFly is building an AI-powered travel-rewards platform to help people understand and use credit-card points and airline and hotel loyalty rewards more effectively. Starting with India, PointsFly aims to make transfer options, redemption choices, and travel-rewards opportunities clearer so users can get more value from flights and hotel stays.

The opportunity

We are looking for a curious and dependable Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in consumer fintech, travel, and content-led growth. You will help research and create useful content about credit-card points, airline miles, hotel rewards, transfer opportunities, and smarter travel while supporting social media, campaigns, SEO, and reporting. You do not need to be a points expert on day one; strong research, writing, initiative, and willingness to learn matter most.

What you will do

Research rewards and travel topics: track credit-card programmes, airline and hotel loyalty updates, transfer opportunities, redemption examples, and audience questions.

Create practical content: draft social posts, short articles, emails, carousels, campaign copy, and simple explainers that make points easier to understand.

Fact-check every claim: verify numbers, programme rules, dates, and offers using official issuer, airline, hotel, or loyalty-programme sources before publication.

Help manage social channels: schedule posts, maintain the content calendar, monitor comments, and capture useful community questions and feedback.

Support SEO and discovery: research keywords, search intent, competitor content, and evergreen topics around points, flights, hotels, and travel hacks.

Assist campaign execution: help prepare landing-page copy, email sends, launches, promotions, and follow-up activities.

Repurpose strong ideas: turn videos, product walkthroughs, research, and founder insights into multiple channel-ready assets.

Measure performance: compile weekly results for reach,



saves, shares, watch time, traffic, sign-ups, and campaign activity.

Maintain marketing hygiene: organise research sources, content files, campaign records, and trackers so work remains accurate and reusable.

What we are looking for

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, English, or a related field.

Clear written English, attention to detail, and an ability to adapt tone for different channels.

Comfort conducting online research, checking primary sources, and summarising findings into useful, organised notes.

Basic familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in how brands grow an audience.

Reliable task management, willingness to ask questions, and ability to meet agreed deadlines.

A learning mindset and openness to feedback, iteration, and performance data.

Nice to have

Personal interest in credit-card rewards, airline miles, hotel loyalty programmes, travel planning, or fintech.

Exposure to Canva, Figma, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, or email-marketing platforms.

Experience running a college club, social page, newsletter, event campaign, or personal content project.
