Role Description This is a full time on-site Marketing Intern role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Marketing

Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market and competitor research, gathering customer feedback, and supporting sales and customer engagement initiatives. The intern will help create marketing content,



coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist in organizing promotional events and outreach programs. The role offers exposure to sustainability-focused products and provides hands-on experience in marketing within a purpose-driven organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaign planning and competitive analysis.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in sustainability, wellness, and eco-friendly products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborate in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
