Position Overview The City Storyteller serves as the creative and marketing communications voice behind how The Quorum and district150 engage their members. The role is responsible for member communications, event marketing, storytelling, social media coordination, and cross-functional marketing support.

Working closely with club leadership, operations teams, and central marketing, the incumbent ensures consistent brand communication, compelling member engagement, and effective storytelling across all member touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Communications Calendar & Member Touchpoints

- Own and drive the monthly communications calendar across both properties
- Ensure every member-facing message across digital and on-ground channels is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time
- Coordinate communication requirements across departments and member-facing functions

Event Marketing & On-Ground Presence

- Translate events into comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams on creative briefs and promotional requirements
- Support on-ground execution of event marketing collateral and communication materials
- Ensure members are consistently informed about upcoming experiences and programming

Storytelling & Post-Event Documentation

- Coordinate coverage and documentation for key events and experiences
- Capture and curate stories that reflect the culture and identity of the clubs




- Publish post-event content using approved templates and brand guidelines
- Maintain a consistent storytelling approach across platforms

Social Media – district150

- Own the content narrative for district150 social media channels
- Work closely with agency partners to ensure content quality and consistency
- Ensure social content reflects the identity, community, and experiences of the property
- Monitor content execution and alignment with marketing objectives

Internal Alignment & Cross-Team Communication

- Maintain close coordination with operations, memberships, F&B;, programming, and private hire teams
- Stay informed about upcoming activations, experiences, and member initiatives
- Provide marketing support and communication guidance across departments as required
- Facilitate alignment between club operations and marketing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, social media, or brand-related roles
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Robust aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Microsoft Office, and content management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field
