We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder and play a hands-on role in building and scaling the business.

This is a generalist role. You will work across marketing, growth, business development and operations, with significant ownership over projects and outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and performance marketing initiatives
- Drive lead generation through email marketing, outreach, campaigns and other channels
- Build and strengthen lead pipelines and support lead conversion
- Support business development and identify recent growth opportunities
- Develop and execute content marketing initiatives across platforms
- Build and improve CRM systems, workflows, automations and SOPs
- Ensure key operational processes run smoothly and identify opportunities to improve them
- Track marketing and business performance and use data to improve outcomes
- Explore AI, automation and technology to make the business more efficient
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution to measurement

Skills & Experience

Experience: 2–3 years in marketing, growth, business development, operations or a related role.

Must-Have Skills:

- Performance Marketing: Meta Ads, campaign optimisation and reporting
- Lead Generation: Outreach, prospecting and pipeline building
- Email Marketing: Campaigns, nurturing and outreach
- Business Development: Lead qualification, follow-ups and conversions
- Content Marketing: Content planning, execution and distribution
- CRM & Systems: CRM management, workflows and process building
- Analytics: Ability to interpret marketing and business performance data
- Technology: Familiarity with AI, automation and productivity tools
