Role Description The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Lotus iMall. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves coordinating events, managing mall-wide offers, and working with internal teams and external partners to increase footfall and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, assisting in developing marketing plans, handling communication materials, and monitoring campaign performance.





The role also includes supporting sales and tenant relations by aligning marketing initiatives with retailers’ objectives and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather insights on customer behavior and local competition.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to prepare marketing content, coordinate with tenants, and interact with customers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support promotional activities and drive mall revenue.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
