About the Role

Velvet Loft Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and organized Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and managing brand events, field operations, and integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage on-ground field execution, logistics, vendor coordination, and setup when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build promotional materials and drive event turnout.
- Monitor event performance, gather attendee feedback, and track key engagement metrics.
- Assist in day-to-day marketing and brand outreach activities.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Proven prior experience in planning, assisting, or managing live events and brand activations.
- Hands-on field management capability and willingness to handle on-site operations.
- Solid verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational ability under tight deadlines.
