Description - We seek a proactive and dynamic Marketing Research & Author Relations Specialist to join our team at BPB. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, building and maintaining relationships with authors, and staying updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements. You will play a critical role in identifying and connecting with potential authors and reviewers to support our publishing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify new publishing opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authors and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and reach out to suitable reviewers and authors for upcoming projects.




- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and research strategies with business goals.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to stay proactive and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and advancements, particularly in the publishing or tech sectors, is a plus.
