Chakki Peesing is building a new-age food brand in one of India's most traditional categories, atta.

We're looking for someone who doesn't see marketing as a checklist of posts, campaigns and reports.

We want someone who sees a product and starts asking:

“What's the compelling story here?”

“Why should anyone care?”

“What if we did this completely differently?”

And then actually makes it happen.

What you'll doYou'll work directly with the founder across:

- Brand & campaigns: ideas people remember
- Creative & content: ads, reels, concepts, experiments
- Growth: finding unconventional ways to acquire customers
- Product marketing: making people want what we're building
- Customer psychology: understanding what actually makes people buy
- Execution: taking an idea from “what if…” to “it's live”

Some days you'll be building a campaign. Some days you'll be figuring out why an ad isn't working.

Some days you'll come up with something completely new.





There is no fixed playbook. That's the point.

You don't need a fancy degree or a certain number of years of experience.

Show us what you've made. Show us how you think.

We've created a short application challenge specifically for this.

You'll be asked to look at Chakki Peesing, tell us what you'd change, tell us what you'd do if you were the CMO and most importantly, make something for us.

We don't want you to tell us you're creative.
