Third Biome is hiring a D2C Performance Marketing Director / Growth Lead.

We’re looking for someone who sees a Meta Ads dashboard and thinks:

“Engaging. Give me 20 minutes.”

Not

“Oh god, what happened?”

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Someone with 3 years of serious D2C performance marketing experience who knows how to turn:

₹1 → ₹2 → ₹10 → ₹100

without setting the marketing budget on fire.

You should be genuinely brilliant at:

? Meta Ads — acquisition, scaling, retargeting, creative testing

? Performance marketing — CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, funnels

? WhatsApp marketing — acquisition retention conversion

? Email marketing — lifecycle, retention, abandoned carts, reactivation

? D2C funnels — landing pages, CRO, checkout, conversion

? Experimentation — test → learn → kill → scale

? Revenue thinking — because likes don't pay salaries

We don't want someone who says:

“The campaign got 2 million impressions.” Cool.

How much did it sell? ?

That’s the conversation we want to have.

YOUR SUPERPOWER You know the difference between:

Marketing that looks busy and

You've ideally worked in a D2C company where you've helped take something from 0 → 1.

You understand customers.

You understand creatives.

You understand funnels.

You understand numbers.
