Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Marketing Executive to drive membership growth and business development for the Society.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong field marketing and relationship-management experience while promoting deposit and loan products across Vadodara.

Job Responsibilities

Promote Society products, acquire members, and mobilise deposits and loans through active field marketing.

- Promote the Society's products - Savings, Recurring Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Gold Loan, and other loan schemes.
- Acquire new members and mobilise deposits.
- Generate leads for loan products and follow up to convert them.
- Conduct field visits, canvassing, and local marketing activities across Vadodara.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing members for retention and referrals.
- Achieve monthly targets for deposits, loans, and new memberships.
- Distribute marketing material and represent the Society at local events and camps.




- Collect and verify member KYC documentation for onboarding.
- Provide market feedback on competitor schemes and member needs.
- Maintain daily activity, lead, and conversion reports.

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are target-driven, self-motivated, and familiar with the local area.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Marketing / sales aptitude with good local area knowledge.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably of financial products.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Vadodara and nearby areas.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
