Marketing Associate

Core Responsibilities

Content and Copywriting

- Write copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts targeted at financial services and insurance professionals
- Publish research reports and blog posts in WordPress, ensuring proper formatting and SEO optimization
- Develop marketing materials including one-pagers and sales collateral

Email Marketing and Operations

- Build and schedule emails and newsletters in Pardot, including automation workflows, list segmentation, and A/B testing
- Execute a range of outbound email campaigns including promotional, nurture, and recruitment sends across different audience segments
- Support sponsorship sales through demand generation and targeted outreach

Lead Management

- Monitor lead qualification and route qualified leads to sales within defined SLAs
- Maintain and update contact records in Salesforce
- Maintain central marketing inboxes, updating records and creating leads based on direct responses and out-of-office replies

Analytics and Reporting

- Track campaign performance across email and events
- Generate regular performance reports with key metrics for stakeholder review
- Identify optimization opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations

Success Measures
- Achieve registration targets for each live event (specific targets set annually)
- Generate qualified sponsorship leads meeting volume and quality targets to support event sales goals

· Process and route qualified leads within 24 hours
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) through testing and optimization




- Complete marketing automation platform certification within first 90 days

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- One to two years of experience in marketing or marketing operations, with exposure to demand generation or lead generation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling copy for business audiences across multiple formats
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, with Pardot preferred
- Proficiency in WordPress or a comparable content management system
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and to a high standard of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance audiences
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot marketing workflows, diagnose campaign issues, and find solutions without close supervision
- A track record of managing competing deadlines across multiple projects without dropping detail
